Get support

Something broken, or just a question? The Console has a built-in support chat: open a ticket, describe the problem, and talk to the platform team in one conversation. Replies appear in real time - no page reload, no email round-trips.

  1. In the Console sidebar, go to Support.
  2. Click New ticket, give it a subject and describe the problem or question, and send.

On desktop there’s a shortcut: the floating dot in the bottom-right corner of the Console opens a note from the maintainer with a Send me a message button that drops you straight into a new ticket.

The ticket opens as a conversation. Write follow-up messages any time; the platform team’s replies show up live, labelled Support. The team may answer from their own tools (for example straight from Telegram), but nothing changes on your side - their reply still lands in this conversation in real time, labelled Support. Each conversation has its own URL, so you can bookmark a ticket or share the link across your own devices. The URL is a private random handle - it can’t be guessed, and it reveals nothing about other tickets on the platform.

Only you (and the platform team) can see your tickets. Other accounts never see them.

Long conversations open at the newest messages; scroll up and the earlier history loads as you go.

When the question is answered, either side can Close the ticket from the conversation header. A closed ticket stops accepting messages, but nothing is deleted - the whole history stays readable.

Came back to the same problem? Open the closed ticket and hit Reopen to continue the conversation right where it left off. You can always reopen your own tickets, even ones the platform team closed.

To keep the queue workable, each account can have a bounded number of tickets open at once (10 by default; closing a ticket frees a slot). Subjects are capped at 200 characters and messages at 4000.
